She is an accomplished Iraqi academic and researcher specializing in information and communication technology, currently serving as Dean of the Informatics Institution for Higher Education in Baghdad. With a BSc from Baghdad University and advanced degrees from Lodz University in Poland and a postdoctoral fellowship at Florida State University, she has held numerous leadership roles in academia and national committees. Fluent in Arabic and English, she has contributed extensively to the fields of electronic data interchange, e-commerce, neural networks, and blockchain-based systems, authoring over 35 research papers and participating in international conferences.
